🚢 Boat Access Requirements

Your boat determines which biomes you can fish:

  • Starter Dinghy → River Delta only
  • Coastal Cruiser → River Delta + Reef
  • Sport Fishing Boat → Reef + Open Water
  • Deep Sea Vessel → Open Water + Wreckage

📊 Competition Dynamics

Higher barriers = fewer players = better individual odds

  • River Delta: Highest competition (any boat access)
  • Reef: Medium competition (boat upgrade required)
  • Open Water: Medium competition (specialized boat needed)
  • Wreckage: Lowest competition (premium boat required)

🎯 Biome Selection Strategy

Consider these factors:

Equipment Match:

  • Does your boat provide access?
  • Can your line reach biome depths?
  • Is your hook rated for biome fish weights?

Competition Analysis:

  • What's your lottery weight vs other players?
  • Would a different biome give better odds?

Fish Distribution:

  • Reef: 40% of daily spawned fish
  • Open Water: 35% of daily spawned fish
  • Wreckage: 25% of daily spawned fish
